babu9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the babu9 website accessible at babu9.io and all associated services, features, mobile interfaces, and content.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who registers a babu9 account or accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account held by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money balance and bonus balance where applicable.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward offered by babu9 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region where access to online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by babu9 before certain account actions (including withdrawals above stated thresholds) are permitted.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference time zone for all time-sensitive operations on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the babu9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of placing any bet or playing any game.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of babu9 or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment partners.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling platform or through any self-exclusion scheme.
• You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

babu9 does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of babu9 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the babu9 platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, babu9 will close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated bets, and may forfeit any Bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate Accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information when registering your Account and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. You must not register using a false identity, another person's personal details, or any fictitious identity. babu9 may require documentary verification of any Account information at any time.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

babu9 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its commitment to operating a safe and responsible platform. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or before certain account limits are increased:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport — for proof of identity and age.
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the last three months.
• Proof of payment method — screenshot or confirmation of the mobile wallet or bank account used for deposits.

babu9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC documents are submitted and verified to our satisfaction. All KYC documents are handled in accordance with babu9's Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Currency

All babu9 Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All deposits, bets, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Amounts displayed on the Platform are in BDT unless otherwise stated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. babu9 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify babu9 immediately via live chat or the support email if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. babu9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

babu9 reserves the right to lock an Account or require additional verification where suspicious login activity, unusual betting patterns, or multiple failed login attempts are detected. This is a security measure taken in the interests of the Account holder.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

babu9 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your babu9 Account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours to be credited. babu9 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

5.3 Own Funds Requirement

All funds deposited into your babu9 Account must be your own personal funds. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal activity, and you must not use a payment method belonging to or registered in the name of a third party. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment method may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.4 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum deposit thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within your Account. babu9 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit limits at any time.

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and met all applicable wagering requirements are processed by babu9 within 30 minutes to 24 hours in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or during public holidays.

6.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used by the Player for their most recent qualifying deposit. babu9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a name other than the registered Account holder, or accounts not previously used for a deposit on the Platform.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per rolling 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed within your Account's withdrawal section. Players wishing to request withdrawals exceeding standard limits should contact the babu9 support team via live chat.

6.4 Pending KYC

Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification will be placed on hold until all required KYC documents are submitted and verified. babu9 will notify the Account holder via registered contact details when documents are required. Withdrawal holds due to pending KYC do not constitute grounds for a chargeback claim.

7.1 Welcome Bonus

babu9 offers new Players a 200% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To qualify for the welcome bonus, a Player must register a new Account, complete the minimum required deposit as specified in the current welcome bonus terms, and opt in to the bonus where required. The welcome bonus is available to new Players only — one per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, including the welcome bonus, are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered on eligible games before any funds derived from or associated with the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players must review the applicable bonus terms before claiming any offer.

7.3 Eligible Games

Not all games on the babu9 platform contribute equally — or at all — toward wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of bet value toward wagering requirements, while live casino games, sports bets, and certain other game categories contribute a lower percentage or zero percent. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each promotion are specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple Accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, using prohibited betting patterns, or any form of collusion with other Players to exploit promotional offers — will have their Account suspended, all bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

8.1 Placement and Acceptance of Bets

A bet is not accepted until babu9 has issued an explicit confirmation — typically a bet reference number displayed on-screen or accessible in the Player's bet history. babu9 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet, at its sole discretion, without being required to give a reason.

8.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error (palpable error), babu9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players will receive a full stake refund on voided bets. babu9 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a void bet.

8.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid changes in odds reflecting the real-time progress of the event. Bets submitted during a live event are processed as quickly as possible; however, there may be a delay between submission and acceptance. If a significant event occurs (such as a wicket, goal, or penalty) between a bet being submitted and accepted, babu9 reserves the right to void the bet at the displayed odds and offer the Player the updated odds.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement. babu9 reserves the right to impose individual Player betting limits at any time based on Player history, account standing, or market risk management considerations.

8.5 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting on the babu9 platform covers domestic competitions including the BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers, the IPL (Indian Premier League), the ICC T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, and other listed tournaments. All cricket bets are governed by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCCI, ICC). Abandoned matches, no-results, and DLS method outcomes will be settled in accordance with babu9's cricket-specific rules published on the platform.

• Colluding with other Players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimately processed deposits or losses.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Players who identify such errors must report them to babu9 support immediately rather than exploit them.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account to access the Platform.
• Sharing Account access with any third party or operating a Player account on behalf of a third party.

• The Account holder has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.

Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting babu9 support via live chat. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account (excluding forfeited bonus balances) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method subject to completed KYC verification.

babu9 will retain Player Account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations following Account closure.

All content on the babu9 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface layout, graphics, text, game imagery, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of babu9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the babu9 platform without the prior written consent of babu9. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data by automated means is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, babu9 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of Account information.
• Service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond babu9's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service partners.

babu9's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude babu9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which babu9 operates. By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute between you and babu9 shall first be addressed through babu9's internal complaints procedure before any external escalation.

15.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the babu9 platform, you should contact the babu9 customer support team via live chat in the first instance. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (BST) and aim to provide a resolution within five business days. Where a complaint requires further investigation, babu9 will inform you of the expected resolution timeline.

15.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of babu9's internal complaints procedure, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of the babu9 management team. The escalation request should be submitted in writing to the babu9 support email address. babu9 will provide a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving an escalation request.

15.3 Final Decision

babu9's decision on any complaint or dispute relating to the settlement of bets, the application of bonus terms, or the operation of casino games is final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Decisions made in accordance with these Terms cannot be challenged on the grounds of subjective disagreement with the outcome.
